Associate Dentist – Holistic Dental Practice (Full or Part-Time)
Location: Wilmington, North Carolina

Position Details:

Schedule: Patient hours are 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM (flexible schedule available for part-time)
Employment type: Full-time or part-time associate
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and skill level.
Fee-for-service practice – no insurance-driven production pressure
Supportive team environment with opportunities for mentorship.

Requirements:

Must hold a valid North Carolina dental license.
Excellent clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Interest in or openness to holistic/biological dentistry concepts.
